Reception

Our reception is staffed by Helen Gusterson; I feel she finds an excellent balance between a relaxed friendly approach and professionalism. She is usually the first contact a patient has with the practice and you will find her helpful with your questions.

Helen works between 9 am and 12.30 pm, Monday to Friday and can be contacted by phone or email.

APPOINTMENTS, COST AND QUERIES .

Currently we are open Monday to Friday and have several 7.30 am starts and several late evenings a week; this helps to be able to give a wider choice of treatment times available to fit in with patients busy life styles.

Cost:-

Osteopathic, chiropractic and naturopathic treatment.

Initial consultation and treatment = £35

Subsequent consultation and treatment = £30

Homoeopathic treatment.

Initial appointments can take up to 2 hours as a very comprehensive assessment is needed to prescribe a remedy that most closely matches the patient's personality and symptom picture. The charge for this initial consultation is £65.

Appointments for young people under the age of 16 years usually take much less time and this is reflected in a lower charge (£30 for the initial consultation).

Reduced cost treatment is available for those people on low incomes, benefits and pensions.

Treatment charges include the cost of all remedies.

Follow-up appointments are arranged at 6-8 week intervals during treatment (£37 for adults and £22 for under 16s) and, there are twice weekly phone-in sessions available to patients between appointments.

Psychotherapy.

£35 a consultation (consultations are approximately an hour)
