“I have discovered that I approach each client first and foremost with open eyes and an open mind, rather than be entrained to see through conceptual and categorising lenses. This I find encourages an exploratory freshness of approach to each person.

With that security in place conceptual scheme i.e. psychodynamic, Analytic or Object-Relations approaches can be drawn on, as and when they are helpful.

I have found it helpful to have undergone lengthy and ongoing training which has offered considerable teaching and supervision experience. The pace and rhythm of my training has certainly been determined by personal growth factors.

In my psychotherapeutic practice I have experience of working with most of the conditions affecting individuals: Family relationships, anxiety and stress, attachment and loss, trauma and
abuse, dissociation, addiction, obsessive compulsive disorder, gender and sexuality, difference and diversity, exit counselling.
